Sometimes in technology to get a job done you never even set your eyes upon a keyboard but instead another pair of eyes. It's hard to get anything meaningful done without involving other people. That old connotation that "computer nerds" are anti-social is the opposite of what we should be thinking. Long gone is the idea of the pocket-protector, technology is cool.
Working with people is as equal (if not more) important than being able to work with technology now. Too many college graduates don't have the people skills necessary to work at their full potential. My favorite class of all time was Speech, it helped me beyond that of what I already knew in technology.
